Stomach pain nd ulcers

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Getting pains aches nd injuries always on d left side of d body. D 3 high. Thalassemia minor. Stomach digestion is very poor. Before period a week or 2 week before a lot of pimples bloating ulcers grumbling aches nd pains on d injured areas.
