My USB whole abdomen ultra sound report says "An immobile echogenic shadow is seen in the gall bladder lumen - Polyp." What it means.

Hi there, polyp is a benign growth from the wall of the Gall bladder. If it is more than 1cm, then it can be converted to malignancy. In some cases, soft stones or sludge ball can be erroneously reported as polyp. Anyways, you should see one surgeon early for opinion
