My stomach is paining a lot for a week i am not able to sleep at night bcz of it i have done sonography but all reports are normal can any one help me out

hi    for stomach pain there are so many causes . one is food infection, intestine obstruction, colitis , round worm infection. in these cases sonogram report also will be normal . so you better do not neglect . consult general physician.
