Stomach Pain
My son is a twins born, from past 6 months every time he eats his food (may it be breakfast, lunch or dinner) he has to go to pass tools, as he feels his stomach is paining, had taken him to doctors but no improvement, did US scanning yesterday report says everything is normal, but they have also given a sentence saying "Few small sized discrete enlarged lymphnodes are seen in mesentry measuring 0.6 to 0.8 cm, no free fluid, No mass IMPRESSION : SMALL SIZED NONSPECIFIC MESENTRIC PYMPHADENOPATHY Kindly advise is this something serious also advise how do I bring him out this.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....Inflammation as a cause of lymph node enlargement is known as lymphadenitis. In practice, the distinction between lymphadenopathy and lymphadenitis is rarely made....some prefer CT abdomen for diagnosis...Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
