My friend is having terrible stomach pain due to unhygienic food (biryani), he has today at lunch. Please suggest me how to reduce the stomach pain ASAP. Thanks

Hello well for the pain right now you can give him any antispasmodic tablet which will reduce it but make sure that he has water in increased quantities and also avoid eating any heavy food for now..Hope you understand....Thank you
