I have suffering for stomach pain from 2 days .when I eaten any item after motion will come and sometimes very pain .what u suggest the medicine nd food

Hello possible causes like acute gastroenteritis
Food poisoning should be ruled out
Avoid eating outside
Drink plenty of water
Have home made or hygiene food
Have fruits and ors mixed with water consult physician for further evaluation and treatment without examination medications cannot be prescribed.
