I have some symptoms like 1. I have stomach pain under belly button and sometimes it goes to upper part of stomach too.and this pain is very small 2. I have too much gas in stomach 3. I feel hungry even after eating 4. Something when I take stomach in or something when pressing it I feel pain 5. When I take stomach in it pains. What is happening to me this is with me from last 4 days.plz help me
