Stomach pain
Hi, I am having a long standing acidity issue.. It all started 1 year ago when I got diagnosed to Typhoid. I feel a lot tired and feel problem while breathing. My head pains a lot and feel dizziness. I am unable to travel in buses/trains and stand in one place for long time. Which specialist should I consulr for permanent treatment?

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..Consult physician for further help.

Hello there..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Consider anti gastric medications for few days.....
