Stomach pain
Having stomach pain frequently, burning sensation in stomach, gas formation, empty stomach gives more trouble, nights are sleepless even after having dinner and stool slightly darker than usual and bowel movement not as satisfactory as usual

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. Pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid tea/coffee and other carbonated beverages.  Have a high fiber diet. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

You must consult a Gastroenterologists or Physician. May need test such as Endoscopy.

Avoid spicy food. Take Syp Digene 10ml three times a day after food. Tab Pan 40mg twice a day half hour before food for 2 weeks
