  4. Stomach pain and mild fever. Antibiotic?

Stomach pain and mild fever
I had restaurant food that didn't suit my stomach. I developed a fever within 3 hours. I took dolo 650 and fever came down. The next day post having breakfast(idli) I got fever again. Today I took sporlac tablet and lemon water. Do I require an antibiotic? Please advise.

These are signs of INFECTION. Typhoid fever needs to be ruled out. Appropriate treatment planning after detailed evaluation of all medical HISTORIES.
