Feels as if thr is some tight pull in stomach and feeling uneasy, feels btr on sweating. almost from a mth the same issue unable to knw which doc to consult , already consulted many thy said nthng. Plz suggest wat it is and also having gastric problem

You consult your physician, get yourself examined. Get BP checked, ecg done. Cap pantocid dsr once before a break fast..
