✓Normal ultrasound does not mean everything is normal
Sometimes stomach & pancreas problems are often missed
✓Does the pain increase after heavy/fatty meals and decrease on leaning forward?
If YES most likely it's pancreatic origin
If pain worse on empty stomach / relieved by food think of gastric ulcer pattern..

This can be a musculoskeletal pain or pain due to pathology in the lungs. USG can be normal in both the cases. Please consult a gastroenterologist nearby. Will require cardiology work up too.
