Stomach infection in 8 months old
My 8 months old son has watery sticky motions from 2 days. We are traveling and out of home from last 4 days. He doesn't have a fever or any other discomfort. He's passing light greenish stools 3-4 times a day. It doesn't smell very bad. His pee count is 6+ and he's taking breast milk well. He's not taking solids much, so we're not forcing him. His weight is around 8 kgs. We're not able to reach his paediatrician. Is enterogermina repsule helpful for him?

Yes give enterogermina respule once a day for 3 days,
Hydrate well,to replace losses in stools, can give him upto 200ml coconut water or ORS per day, curd ,buttermilk etc.
Continue breastfeeding

In case loose stools persists, any blood in stools, child dull not taking orally go for physical consultation

Watch for the urine output and lips if dry then he needs more hydration .
