I've been having stomach growling and gases moving inside making noises also having kinda liquid stool it's been 6 months

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Zenflox-oz twice a day after food for 3 days. Cap. Cyfolac forte thrice a day before food  for 2 days. Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
