Stomach Growl and gas
Sir   Before 4 weeks, i noticed mucus in my stool after eating fatty meat (mutton). Also one day I feel a urge to defecate but no bowel movements. After that I went to gastroentrologist and he said it may be a type of IBS and given some antibiotics and probiotics. After that my bowel movements came normal. so I discontinued the medications. But now I have stomach growl and excess gas. Today I tried fasting, but even though I did not eat I have stomach growl and gas later in the evening. What causes these gas? How to get rid of this?
