Stomach full always
Hi, From 2 days I am feel8ng my stomach ful even though I'm eating normal food. I am feeling so tight in my anus when I want to go to toilet. And yesterday I drank castor oil as my mom suggested, yesterday I was fine. And I'm eating apple and grapes daily. I am not feeling to go to toilet every morning. When I feel If I go my anus will be tight and I'm not able to go. And also I'm feeling gastric problem and back pain as well. Kindly suggest me how I can comw out of this. I need to comw out of this as I have my marriage after 20days.

Hi. You r having constipation and due to that gastritis. Take minimum 10 glasses of water. More vegetables in food.you can have isobogul 2 big spoon in luke worm water in night. Take antacid tab also ib empty stomach, you will be fine.

You should increase fiber diet. Stress can also cause GI disturbance. Drink plenty of fluids. Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Consult gastroenterologist. Don't eat apple and grapes instead eat ilaichi banana and black resins (munakka)

Hi u are having constipation and some amount of gastritis hence that feeling of fullness . drink plenty of fluids eat more vegetables and fruits avoid grapes. Banana would be better. Consult a gastro enterologist.
