I started working out about two weeks ago. I work out Monday-Thursday. I've never been over weight and I've always done sports to try to stay in shape. I'm going to the gym now to gain muscle. I did an extremely hard ab workout and I was extremely sore two days after the workout. I had never been that sore in my whole entire life. After that I noticed that when I walked/ran my stomach jiggled. I've always had a flat stomach and all of a sudden my stomach is flabby. My weight is the same though.
