Hello doctor, I am feeling difficulty while passing stool as well as feeling itchy, burning sensation in anus after passing stool. Even after passing stool I feel like something is left in stomach. I can feel heaviness in stomach always and stomach will blow like a balloon always. And I feel something is catching in my stomach. And, also I feel acidity in my mouth too and also frequent burping. I am not able to find out what is this disease. When I consulted doctor, they prescribed antacids which are not working, I mean not curing. I want permanent solution for this. Please help

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc...Consult gastroenterologist they will do the needful.
