HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D. TILL THAN, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. LIGHT DIET. REGULARITY IN FOOD HABIT. THREE MAJOR MEALS SHOULD BE DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE SMALL MEALS AND TAKE AT THE INTERVAL OF TWO TO THREE HOURS WITHOUT ANY MISTAKE. SO IT'S EASY TO DIGEST, STOMACH HAS NOT BECOMES EXHAUSTED AS MOTILITY IS IN FIX TIMES. IF DON'T FEEL LIKE TO TAKE ONLY ONE GLASSOF WATER OR WATER WITH TWO BISCUITS,ALSO WORK  VERY SMARTLY. IN YOUR CASE IT MAY BE DUE TO HUMID, RAINY  CLIMATE OR ANY SPICY FRIED FOOD BUT NOT EXACTLY FOOD POISONING. BECAUSE IN THAT CASE THEIR MUST BE VOMITING WITH LOOSE MOTION. TREATMENT TABLET RABIPRAZOLE D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS OR MORE. TABLET UNIENZYME ONE AFTER LUNCH AND ONE AFTER DINNER FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS. CAPSULE VIZYLAC FOR ONE MONTH, SO AS TO RECOVER THE DAMAGED GUT WALL OFFN ON DUE TO SPICY, OR FRIED, OR GREESEE FOOD. FOR LOOSE MOTION SPOROLAC SACHET IS BEST. TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY FOR TWO DAYS OR MORE OR AS REQUIRED. ALL YOUR STOMACH RELATED PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED. O.K BYE.
