Stomach Discomfort
Dear Doctors, Good Afternoon. From the past few weeks i am having stomach discomfortness such as bloating, lower abdomen heaviness in both sides simentenously. But no pain faced till faced. Bowel movement is not proper sometime, but when bowel movement occurs fully then also i feel like still i have something in my stomach. Burping issue also there. But from yesterday i am having light heavy head especially at the back near occupital bone, it get releived after a burp and then again heaviness occurs. My both arms sometime have low energy and shivers for no reason. I do not feel weak i am,still energetic. But this stomach issue, and other issues mentioned are causing me trouble in daily life. Please guide me what causing this issue. I am having a sedentary lifestyle.

Your symptoms seems to be due to Hyperacidity and indigestion and consequent anxiety.
Next Steps
Please change your life style as follows-take 200 gm of fresh vegetables salads and 100 gm of fresh fruits before your lunch and dinner.—take a glass of carrot juice at intervals. Take non spicy; non oily easily digestible whole cereals steamed and boiled fresh food items-small quantity—at frequent intervals—take your dinner before 7.30 pm—If required-take a glass of warm milk half hour before sleeping.——avoid junk food;colas;fried items;alcoholic drinks;smoking and over the counter drugs Make a strict daily schedule for life-including time for going to toilet;food;work;chitchat;exercise and sleep-Obey that.—-Do exercise;yoga;pranayama; meditation and prayer for a total of one hour daily.—-Develop positive mental energy by good thinking and activities.Reduce negative mental energy like anger; anxiety; depression;hatred;jealousy;fear by having little philosophical thinking about our momentary life .Be happy and smile always.
