I been stomach cramping for over a week and on that week that i cramped i had a tiny blood drop on the tissue paper .i have had my period 2 weeks before the cramping . with the cramps i been experiencing nausea and dizziness

Hi, most probable cause of your cramps with spotting may be ovulation. If Your cycles starts after 14 days of cramps this is for sure ovulation.
