Stomach bloating
My stomach is bloated and swelled i feel fulness after eating less also sometimes im passing loose stool and sometimea hard and black stools frequent urination,passing less amount of stoola,also i feel bloated after passing stool im auffering this from last 6 to 8 months before that i had constipation problem so some doctors prescribed me CREMMAFIN,LEVOGEN,DUPHALAC and many other laxatives that doesnt worked that problem got worsen then i consulted some other doctors they precribed me ROLES-D,VIBACT,VITAZYME etc.and done some test like CBC& liver test. S.G.O.T-26.8U/L,S.G.P.T-25.0 but my problem is getting worse i feel more bloated.

Hello, , Eat and drink slowly. Taking your time can help you swallow less air. Avoid carbonated drinks and beer. They release carbon dioxide gas. Don't smoke. When you inhale smoke, you also inhale and swallow air.Have fiber containing vegetables like beans ,green leafy etc.. Sleep 3 hours after food ,go for walk after dinner Treat heartburn. For occasional, mild heartburn, over-the-counter antacids or other remedies may be helpful. GERD may require prescription-strength medication or other treatments.
