Stomach bloating
I have excessive stomach bloating at night. So much that I am having trouble falling asleep. However No bloating during the day.
It started after I finished an Antibiotic course of Amoxicillin 500.
Also I there is burping at night
Please help

avoid spicy oily greasy food and beverages
eat small frequent meals and keep interval between the dinner and sleep atleast 3 hrs
