Stomach bloating and pain
Hi I am 28 male
From a week now I have stomach ache and bloating like gas is moving in my stomach and flatulence also burning sensation in stool and sometimes lose motions.
I take clonazepam 0.5 everyday for my panic attacks and fluvoxamine 100mg
Also neviolol 2.5.

Seems like you have some stomach infection. It is better to see an abdominal surgeon, so that you can get properly evaluated.
You will need an antacid, activated charcoal capsules, and maybe also an antibiotic. (Not possible to give prescriptions on chats like this)
If your troubles persist, you may also need an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis.
