Stomach aches
I've been feeling sick and having stomach aches for four nights and they aren't getting better. Can't sleep well and eating makes it worse. I haven't vomited though and I'm in the countryside with no hospitals near. Could you please tell me what is wrong? Thanks so much

Looks like colitis but needs examination where exactly is pain. Take enteroquinol 250 mg thrice daily and ondem mouth dissolving tab 4 mg twice
