I have regular stomach ache inspite of eating home made foods...please do somethings...it happens when i work in office....

hello there.
the most common cause for your pain could be gastritis.
have smaller meals frequently.
drink lots of water.
practice pranayama, yoga and meditation to cut down on stress.
take a tablet ranitidine 300 once before meals for three days.
consult a gastroenterologist if persists.
