  4. Stomach ache. Should i follow now?

I had covid in april 2021 , but since two days i am again feeling short breathing and anxiety, so i went to dispensary for consultation so they gave me iron and folic acid oral suspension and ciproflacacin tablet . I took this two times after meal as prescribed last day, but Today I got black or dark green stool two times and in morning and evening and my stomach is hurting? What are the possible cause? And what precaution should I follow now?
