I've been for the last week not feeling great. i figured
i had ibs. but as of now it has calmed down. when i drank orange juice my stomach didn't feel the best. i felt the need to burp and fart. after a while i felt a good bit better. i went for a poop.
i know that i still have a little bit of constipation. the poop sometimes comes out small. and othertimes susage shaped like normal. i find that water helps alot.
