Any test to detect stomach and colon cancer done endoscopy I've attached my report but not looking normal apart from this any other test because iam having heart beat vigorously and weiggt losing day by day

Report suggest laxity at oesophagogastric junction which may cause Reflux.
As well as duodenal erosion which may play a role in your indigestion leading to weight loss.
As such no growth found in stomach or intestine.
For colon lesion, you need to do colonoscopy.
You can also do certain marker test
