Stomach ache and watery stool

The child, Md Adnan Adil, 7 yrs old often complains of stomach ache and watery stool. The USG of whole abdomen report is attached as attachment. Kindly guide what needs to be in his diet and how it can be cured permanently.

Hi, Give him a bland diet with less spice and oil for 3-4 weeks Plenty of liquids/ water
