Stomach ache and burning after urination

Asked for Female, 27 Years

From last 1 week, my husband is feeling gastric, sometimes motions are loose and once in a day after urinating , pain occurs in lower abdomen. Inside penis there is burning and irritation sensation. After having meal, gas issue increases. No outside food, only taking home made food.
