My 2 yrs male child indicates by putting finger and pressing his stomuch which I feel that child is having pain in his stomuch. He has reduced his eatings and also feels difficulty in passing out stool.

Increase water and fibre intake in diet... And u can do deworming once... Give albendazole 10 ml single dose at bedtime and watch for worms in stool next morning.. Or get a stool routine microscopy done... Consult a Pediatrician if problem persist... Take care

It could be a stomach infection too or some indigestion and bloating, coz recently there arw many patients with similar complains..so better see your pediatrician
May be he has constipation. Increase water. Vegetables and fibers like papaya jaggery honey , brown bread etc
Avoid fried and refined flour like maida.
