  3. Stitched wound. Red. is it infected!

I did self harm and had to get stitches did with a razor blade I had used but I've been cleaning it the last time after I cleaned it. On the bandade bit there was yellow leakage. And bit of blood but I thought I would clean a day early and I noticed it has got more red. Is it infected
