Leaking in stitches after c-section.

Hi doctor I  delivered a baby 15 days ago. Since then a pale yellow like substance is leaking from my stiches. I have been told its common for some people and fat layer is getting dissolved, so i walked daily to the hospital for dressing and took "Omikacin injection" along with "Ciffran tablet". But the leak exists still. 1)Now a chief surgeon suggested to fill gauze in the opening and tape the opening and have the wound dry and wait for 2+ weeks to heal.. 2)other opinion given was: stitch the wound and insert a tube to remove the liquid allow to heal naturally. Pls guide what should i proceed on.. This leak is soaking my dress and feeling awkward. Pls guide a solution or pls suggest if waiting will really work..
