Sting when urinating

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Iv had a cold and I'm at the tail end of a cough and I cough mostly when I wake up in the morning. This morning when I got up to go to the bathroom I coughed really hard and it made me pee like really hard and I went to wipe and there was some diluted blood spots. I haven't had any blood since but it stings to pee
