Still didn't cure the swelling.
20 days back I got swelling and red bump with extreme pain. For that I took 5 days azithromycin (once a day) and alfatex eye ointment still I am applying within 2 days the ointment  course will be completed, and continue I am doing hot compress for  3 times . I don't don't have pain or any other problem only still I have a small bump. I am attaching the photos 1st one when I got this one, 2nd one now. Could you please tell me how many days it will take for  absolutely cure. And what else u should do? TIA

If medicines dont help, you will have to go for a small procedure ... It looks big..dont wait too long..go for it .after that taking antibiotics will make sense.

Ideally this should be drained surgically. It has increased significantly.

Hello, It's been 20 days, and so you can stop using the ointment too. The small bump will slowly resolve..or in some cases it can remain. If it still remains,and you find it appearance wise disturbing,you can get it removed surgically. It's a minor procedure,where a small cut is made ,and the collection is drained.
Next Steps
If there is no pain, no need to continue the medications. Either you can just let it be, and watch if it goes down , or get it drained after a month.
