Stiffness in hands, legs and mouth

Asked for Male, 15 Years

My brother had an episode of 2-3 minutes of stiffness in his hands and legs. His eyes were partially open(approx. 80 % closed) and his mouth was also shifted to the left side. he was stammering at that time, but was conscious with his senses. please suggest some diagonisis
