Stiff joints,fever, diarrhoea
My husband has been suffering from diarrhoea last night.He has fever and his joints were stiff and struggled to move when he woke up in the morning.Kindly need your advice and wish to know the causes

First I would like to know that which symptoms are lasting from how much time(?days, months, yrs). If they are acute symptoms then it's just viral gastroenteritis.
Next Steps
you should ask him to take flexon for fever and joint pain, ORS for hydration. if his condition doesn't approve in next 3days then you should visit a physician to get some tests done.
