My son always has stickin tounge since birth he is 20 days old why he is doing so is it normal or anything abnormal

Hello there. Not sure what you mean exactly. Is he sticking his tongue out or something else. If you mean he sticks out his tongue out a lot, it could go away with time but it would be better to take him to a paediatrician and get him examined. Regards
