Steroids for two weeks
How long will the immunosuppressive action of dexamethasone stay in the body for 2 weeks course( due to covid pneumonia) Will I be immunosuppressive only while taking the medication or even after? WBC counts are normal after two weeks of stopping dexamethasone And if WBC is normal,do I have to worry about black fungus? (No other medical history)

No need to worry as dose taken for 5-14 day in emergency use in infectious or any systemic disease but after that period steroid should be close or reduce the dose then close .

Just dont overthink. Immunosuppression is at altogether seen in patients taking very high doses of steroids for prolonged periods of time. You have taken just 2 weeks of course which is hardly going to affect ur immune system. Just enjoy life and think beyond COVID 19.
