How much steroid is called high dose, and how long duration is termed as long dose? How much time it takes immune system to come back to normal to fight opportunistic infections?
I was given 120 mg Methylpred per day for 7 days at hospital, then 24mg deflazacort for next 14 days as discharge medication. It has been 20 days since I left oral dose.

We can give up to 2mg per Kg Methylprednisolone for Covid. So, I don't think the dose is high. We generally taper the steroids based on the clinical response of the patient.
Deflazacort is a mild steroid compared to Methylprednisolone.
I think your immune system must be back to normal considering it has been 20 days.
