Steroid during 34week of pragnancy
I m 7month 18days pragnent, according to USG report single fetus with vertex presentation, cephalic index is within normal limit, placenta is on anterior wall and showing grade III maturity, internal OS is closed.amniotic fluid index is 122mm,fetal rate is 142/mt and fetal age is 32weeks 6days and weight is 1875gram+/-20.
I m worried for placenta maturity grade lll, at 32weeks of pragnancy. Doc is planning fr steroid in 34week.
Is steroid may any side effect on my baby or me.
Plz ans I m worried.
