I have not had sexual intercourse for 3 weeks.
To give sample for Semen Analysis Test, it is needed (as per WebMD):
"Don’t avoid ejaculation for more than 2 weeks before your test. That can result in a sample with sperm that are less active."
So, how should I plan? Should I have regular intercourse (every alternate day) for 2 weeks & then give sample? Or else how many days should I have intercourse before giving Sample?
I am also aware that 3-7 days gap is needed before Semen Analysis.
But since I have 3 weeks gap, not sure how to plan before the test..
Please clarify..

Dont get confused 🤔
Simply dont ejaculate for 7 days
And then give all ejaculate into a sterilized container directly🔴 THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR SEMEN EXAMINATION 🔴
