It's true science is advancing at a rapid pace,so that one day when u come to get a tooth removed or filled,rather than removing them doctors Wil be giving u a medicine for the reformation of the tooth or as u said a stem cell placement.those advanced treatments wil tak its own sweet time to reach us as it has to go.though difrnt tests and clinical trials bfe it reach us,we cn hope that it wl reach Ur nearest clinic n another 5-10 yrs or may be less than now.but as of now,they are n there initial stages
