  4. STD or fungal infection. Like urologist?

Today I noticed white dots on my penis head. It is itchy. I had sex with my partner last week and she suffered from UTI six months back. I am assuming it to be a fungal infection. Although I want to go to check if this is STD. Should I consult a general physician or some specialist like urologist?
