I had unprotected oral sex a few days ago and am paranoid about contracting chlamydia or gonorrhea. I have taken a single dose of 2g of azithromycin (4 500 mg pills): is this sufficient? I believe it is for chlamydia but wanted to make sure for gonorrhea
