Std and hiv related. Sir!

Sir regarding my exposure I'd safe vaginal intercourse(no condom breakage or complete slip off),kissing and fingering with a massage therapist but I got really worried after this act...and these tests 9th day,112th day---ictc(-ve) 20th day---complete std panel (hiv-cmia(-ve),cmv +ve) 28th day----rna pcr(target not detected) 35th day,55th,64th day--hiv cmia(-ve) and hiv elfa(-ve) 62nd day---hiv proviral DNA(not detected) 70th day---hiv cmia(negative) 80th day---complete std panel except hepatitis (got all negative and gonnerhea) 88th day---tri dot (negative) 91st day(3 months)---hiv cmia(4th gen) (negative) 112th day(4 months)---hiv rapid test(ictc)(negative) My problems are:- 1)chronic diarrhea (from many days sometimes pasty and sometimes watery) occasional stomach upsets and lot of farts(a lot) 2) frequent dry throat/sore throat please help me sir I'm really done(both physically and mentally depressed)
