It depends upon the quality of vision with glasses .if you are enjoying useful and comfortable life with glasses,then you can avoid the surgery for some time more but please get regular check up done. But if you feel problem even with specs ,then you must get operated.

I am sorry but there is no medicine for Cataract.
No eyedrop is available to reverse it or to halt it's progression
