Can i get these infection if i clean my ears, and then touch my nose with dirty hands?...i read about it on net and m really worried.

Hi Your concern seems unwarranted in absence of an active infection in external ear canal. Even if infection occurs it can be cured with a short course of antibiotics under doctors guidance. Wash your hands clean after you touch such sites.
