  4. ST depression ecg. For the reference.

I'm 24 year old , I recently went through my annual health checkup and in that echo report was normal but ecg report shows "ST DEPRESSION || ||| aVR V5 V6" I have no symptoms and my heart will usually race when I visit hospital.. Please let me know what to do further. I have attached the reports for the reference.
